Edit: booting from usb is possible with android, retroarch, kodi, some windows and most linux distros. Each 'cartridge' would boot up to what you want.

This is an idea I had long ago: take a broken laptop and 'upcycle' it to a gaming console, but I didn't have money for the 3d print at the time.

If anyone can donate, 1 usd is 5 bucks in my country currency,  so it means a lot and I'll share the result online.
